I cannot believe we are already at the end of another month. It’s crazy how quickly time flies these days. My November read-aloud calendar was such a hit that I decided to make it a monthly series.

December 1 – Eat a Red Apple Day
Read Apple Tree Christmas. Students can then make some homemade cinnamon applesauce ornaments. They’ll smell amazing hanging on the tree this year.
December 6 – St. Nicholas Day
Read The True Story of St. Nicholas. This set of free Saint Nicholas printables is a great follow-up to the story.
December 7 – Letter Writing Day
Read Dear Santa Claus. After listening to this book, children may be inspired to write their own letters to Santa. Here is a printable Letter to Santa stationery page they can use.
December 8 – National Brownie Day
