FUN CONNECTIONS TO MAKE WITH THE STORY
Animal sounds – In this story, we’re introduced to many animals that live on the farm. Talk about the sounds that each animal makes.
Ducks – This is a great time to learn about ducks. In the book companion, you’ll find a report form on which kids can write everything they learn.
Bedtime – The animals in the story are trying to help Little Duck go to sleep so they can go to sleep themselves. Let kids talk about their bedtime rituals.

Click Clack Peep Hands-On Activities
In the story, Duck tries to get Little Duck to sleep by rocking him back and forth on Farmer Brown’s tractor. Kids can make their very own tractor craft with popsicle sticks and buttons.
Use this Click Clack Peep felt story pattern to create hands-on story manipulatives that are perfect for retelling the story over and over again.

Click, Clack, Quack to School! – They can stand in line (sort of), use indoor voices (perhaps), and are capable of sharing (rumor has it), so the Click Clack critters are ready for school…but is school ready for them?
